Mariella joins us again to present the first in a series of regional Italian courses. 

Picture the Venetian bacari - tiny local bars in the city of canals, where where you can taste the famous cicchetti whilst sipping on 'n'ombra de vin' or an Aperol spritz. Learn how to make these Italian style tapas, such as frittata di radicchio di Treviso, zucca in saor, baccala' mantecato con polenta (cod dish) , polpettine (fried meatballs), gamberi e lardo (prawn dish), fritto misto and the best tiramisu!  

Classes suitable for all abilities.  Maximum class size 8.
