The Art of Dim Sum

Impress yourself and your friends by learning how to make a variety of authentic dim sum and enjoy the fruits of your labour as part of your lunch! The term ‘dim sum’ refers to a vast array of bite-sized dishes often produced for a Chinese meal. They can be made in a variety of ways, with many choices of filling. Perfect as a communal activity or simply to serve to your guests!

In this class you will be guided under expert tuition of Chris and Venus who will show you how to make three popular dim sum:

  • Wonton dumplings with Sichuan oil
  • Deep fried wontons
  • Nui Rou Xian Bing - pan fried bao with beef filling

 Maximum 8 people. All abilities welcome.

Allergens: sesame oil, wheat, soy sauce/soya
