Fans of Chris and Venus will love this course. It offers first hand instruction on how to cook some of the most popular Southeast Asian dishes, bringing together Filipino, Vietnamese and Thai favourites.

Lumpiang Shanghai (pork spring rolls), pancit canton (a Filipino noodle dish), green papyaya salad and bun cha (pork patties with vermicelli noodles and fresh herbs). Lots to learn, lots to eat, lots of enjoyment!

All levels of ability welcome.  Max class size 8 people.
