The sourdough boule is part of our heritage range.
Sourdough bread has become hugely popular because of its purity. It is produced using a fermented mixture of water and flour, taking the natural yeasts from the environment in which it is mixed. So in essence every batch of sourdough is different, which encapsulates the beauty of hand made food. There is no doubt that it is kind on the gut partly because of the absence of processed yeast and partly due to the fermented ingredients used in its production.
All orders for freshly baked bread will need to be made by 4 pm (Monday to Friday) to guarantee next day delivery. If you would like to purchase bread to be delivered on a Monday you would need to order this on the Friday before by 4 pm.
To ensure that we are able to process your order effectively please state the location for collection and day of delivery using the drop down menu or the special instructions field when required.
Please note that all breads will be delivered on the date requested and will be available for collection during the stated stores opening hours. The current opening times for the shops listed as of Tuesday 2nd June 2020 is Tuesday through Saturday 0800 - 1500.
Inkpen opens Wednesday to Saturday 0900 – 1400 for collection.
