Our Italian tutor Mariella Bliss returns to the school.  Born and brought up in Naples, Mariella brings her Italian warmth and enthusiasm back to Honesty.  In this class you will learn to make fresh pasta and take a culinary tour of Italy's most delicious pesto and sauce recipes.  Nothing else but sauces with a maximum of three ingredients; classic pesto Genovese, pesto alla Trapanese with almond and tomatoes, spinach pesto, Salsa verde, Ragu' Napoletano, Salso con pomodorino fresco, Courgette pesto, Sicilian sugo all Norma (with aubergines and tomatoes) and the freshest of all, Parmigiano, Rocket and lemon zest.  You will never be short of sauce ideas again !

Maximum class size 8.   All levels of ability welcome.
