Olive oil – something most of us use on a daily basis, but do you really know a rancid oil from a top draw oil?  Let Malcolm dispel the myths about olive oil and guide you through the Mediterranean maze of completely diverse and different tasting olive oils from Italy, Spain, Portugal and France.
In his expert hands Malcolm Gilmour we will be holding an event with some of the season's newest olive oils from all around Europe matched with various cheeses including manchego, brie, goats cheese and mozzarella and our handmade Honesty sourdough thrown in too!
Malcolm will have a selection of olive oils for you to buy should you wish on the day.
