The third in our series of yoga and cook classes.

Abi King and Chris and Venus Cardwell are teaming up to offer a wholesome day of delights.  You will start off with a breath led meditative Vinyasa Flow yoga practice followed by a Southeast Asian cookery class.  Southeast Asian food offers the palate a combination of new flavours and textures. This menu will cater for those who would like to learn more about light, healthy vegetarian, Southeast Asian cookery.

Breath led flowing, meditative movement offers alignment cues in postures that build physical and mental strength, this combined with good nutritional knowledge help to build a stronger, fitter future for your mind body and soul.

Please wear suitable clothing - either activewear or loose clothing.

For the cookery class, all recipes, ingredients, equipment and aprons are provided.

All abilities welcome. 10 people maximum in the class.
