New Year - new flavours from South East Asia

Start the new year off with some new skills and some fresh new flavours in your repertoire.  South East Asian dishes are fresh, fragrant and tasty, Chris and Venus will tutor this flavoursome class and teach you how to make:

  • Banh Xeo - Vietnamese crispy pancakes, with turmeric and coconut milk, rice flour batter.  These can be filled with pork or vegetables and served with Nuoc Cham - lime, fish sauce and herb dip.
  • Bun Cha - grilled / fried pork that been marinated in caramel and fish sauce, served with rice noodles, mint coriander and basil.
  • Lemongrass chicken - a quick fresh tasting stir fry chicken with lemongrass marinade

All levels of ability welcome.  Max class size 8 people.
