Ozlem returns to Honesty Cookery School to demonstrate how her flavoursome, Middle Eastern cookery lends itself perfectly to a healthy, vegetarian slant. Middle Eastern staples such as chickpeas, bulgar wheat, red lentils and dried figs all combine to produce a festive and elegant meal.

On this course you will learn to cook:

  • Mercimek Kofte - Red lentil and bulghur wheat fingers served in lettuce
  • Nohutlu Karniyarik -  Chickpea stuffed baked aubergine
  • Ic Pilav - Almond and dill rice pilaf
  • Cevizli Incir - Walnut stuffed figs cooked in milk

 Maximum 8 people on a course. All abilities welcome.
