The perfect "gnocchi" is the result of carefully selected ingredients, a well-crafted dough and the art of rolling them one-by-one. Let Mariella Bliss guide you through a hands-on workshop to produce these delicious light, fluffy Italian 'dumplings'.
You will try your hand at making fresh plain, squash and spinach gnocchi and learn to cook them in both the Roman and Sorrento style.
Maximum 8 people on a course. All abilities welcome.
