We are pleased to be able to rerun this popular Italian class tutored by Mariella Bliss.  In this class you will learn how to make fresh pasta, with or without eggs, from scratch - lasagne sheets, tagliatelle, pappardelle and tagliolini, fusilli and orecchiette.  Mariella will teach you the story of the perfect marriage between pasta shapes and sauces.  Make "coloured" pasta with spinach or beetroot, shape ravioli and prepare a delicious sauce to go with it and to enjoy together for lunch.
