Our popular Indian tutor Sasi Krishnan takes you on a tour of India introducing a range of traditional dishes with enticing flavours.
Chicken Cafreal - a popular Goan dish made with fresh spices and herbs.
Kadai Paneer - a delicious semi-dry curry made with Indian cottage cheese(paneer), green peppers and freshly pounded spices.
Gobi Paratha - a flatbread made with wholemeal flour and cauliflower stuffing.
Shirkhand - a fragrant and light pudding made with saffron yoghurt
Maximum number of participants is 8. All abilities welcome.
