Our Italian tutor Mariella Bliss returns to the school. Born and brought up in Naples, Mariella brings her Italian warmth and enthusiasm back to Honesty.
Enjoy the spices and the luxurious ingredients that make Christmas in Italy: You will bake some of the following specialities, the ancient Panforte di siena and Panpepato, the Neapolitan Chocolate Torrone, Cantucci and Ricciarelli di Siena dipped in vin Santo, Baci, Tarallini al vino, and Mostarda di Mantova. Serve them up to your family and friends or wrap them up and pass them on as gifts!
