Honesty is delighted to welcome our new tutor Colline Watts. Originating from Zimbabwe, she will invite you to explore the flavours of African cooking with a culinary tour of Africa.

Starting in North Africa you will learn to make koshari, an Egyptian comfort food. Moving on to West Africa you will make jollof rice accompanied by an East African chicken curry popular in Ethiopia, finishing off in Southern Africa with chakalaka, a South African Stew, served with pap or sadza. This is a dish popular in Zimbabwe and will be accompanied by a popular South African beef sausage boerewors.

Plenty to eat and some to take home!
