The fifth in our series of yoga and cookery classes.

Abi King and Ozlem Graves are teaming up to offer a wholesome day of delights.  You will start off with a breath led meditative Vinyasa Flow yoga practice followed by a light, vegetarian Middle Eastern cookery class. For those who have attended a yoga class with Ozlem previously this will be a different menu.

Breath led flowing, meditative movement offers alignment cues in postures that build physical and mental strength, this combined with good nutritional knowledge help to build a stronger, fitter future for your mind body and soul.

Please wear suitable clothing - either activewear or loose clothing.

For the cookery class, all recipes, ingredients, equipment and aprons are provided.

All abilities welcome. 10 people maximum in the class.
