Chocolate Workshop

Honesty are very excited to welcome back chocolatier, Ben Marshall, to tutor our chocolate course. Whether you want to make homemade gifts for Easter or just learn a new skill, this class will set you on the right track. Using modern and traditional techniques, Ben will teach you how to:

  • temper chocolate using 'fino de aroma' chocolate, which he selects for its good flavour profile
  • make flavoured ganaches
  • enrobe and decorate your chocolates

You will take home your own handcrafted box of 28 truffles packaged in Cocoa Ben's selection boxes. This course is suitable for both those new to chocolate and those who have enjoyed creating before. 

All ingredients provided. 8 people max on a course. No experience necessary.
