There’s nothing to excite the taste buds like the rich and exotic flavours of Oriental cuisine. For many of us though, it’s one thing to eat it, but another thing altogether to cook it.

On this course Chris and Venus will teach you how to produce some classic Chinese dishes - claypot chicken rice, seafood crispy noodles and chicken sweetcorn soup. Imparting their knowledge of the techniques and ingredients that influence texture and flavour, Chris and Venus will enable you to produce home cooked Chinese food that will far exceed anything you can buy in your local takeaway.

Maximum number of participants is 8.  All abilities welcome.
