We are excited to welcome Colline Watts for her first bakery course at Honesty Cookery School.

Colline will be teaching basic baking techniques, sharing her hints and tips for successful baking, as well as demonstrating simple decorative touches that give a showstopper finish. You will learn to bake a perfect lemon drizzle cake, make crumbly shortbread and beautiful macarons.

During the course Colline will cover:

  • correct weighing and measuring
  • techniques for making chocolate ganache 
  • how to create a light fluffy buttercream
  • basic piping techniques
  • how to adapt recipes to vary flavours and account for food intolerances
  • troubleshooting your home baking

Recipes can be adapted for those who are gluten free.

8 people maximum.   All abilities welcome.
