This Noodle Cooking Masterclass is a comprehensive guide to cooking authentic and delicious signature dishes from across three Asian cuisines. 

  • Pad Thai (Thailand)
  • Seafood Crispy Noodles (Chinese)
  • Sotanghon Guisado (Philippines)

You will learn how to create good base flavours, cook your noodles to perfection and produce flavours that will far exceed those from a takeaway.

 Maximum 8 people. All abilities welcome.
