Mariella Bliss, our popular Italian tutor, returns to the school bringing a taste of the Summer to come.  In this class you will learn how to make frittata, torta pasqualina, pizette, mini arancini, fritti , delicious omelette rolls, mini pannacotta and many more recipes that are fun to make and incredibly versatile depending on your occasion - from an informal picnic to a classy aperitivo or buffet party.

Maximum class size 8.    All levels of ability welcome.
