Advanced Pasta Making

We are pleased to welcome our Italian tutor, Mariella Bliss, to teach an advanced pasta class. She will start with an easy tagliatelle but quickly move onto filled pasta: ravioli, mezzelune, tortelloni and a number of different fillings… soon having you cooking like a nonna!

A special treat will be shaping 'pansoti alla Genovese', similar to ravioli this dough is intriguingly made with white wine, filled with fresh herbs, and dressed with the most delicious walnut sauce!

This course will include the use of naturally gluten free flours like chickpea, chestnut and pea flour.

Maximum 8 people.  All abilities welcome.
